It's not been a great week.
Every meeting bar one (fun ones, helpful ones) that I thought I would be having has not happened - for a whole variety of reasons (not all negative ones). I've felt frustrated and unsure of how I proceed with some stuff this week.
Praying that next week will be better.

ReplyDeletethanks lucy. I've spent some tonight "soaking" - just being very still in God's presence, using music and the Bible to help me. It restores me big time. It's the best way for me to leave stuff with God and get myself prepared for what's next!

ReplyDeleteThis will make you laugh! No 3 daughter (who is 6) asked if she could go out trick of treating if she sung Jesus Loves You at each door! Is this a credible evangelistic opportunity or manipulation for the free stuff! She also said, "mum, if you let us go out then we'll not need to buy sweets for ages ... or tangerines!" Think she thought I'd be impressed that this would be an opportunity to get some free fruit ... and of course she doesn't like tangerines!
